CIBIEMME STAMPI made mechanical parts following the customer requirements in all sorts of materials (aluminium, steel, tempered steel, hardened steel, copper, nylon, AMPCO, brass, etc).
We are able to work on components of the dimension of 2000x1000x860 mm with a degree of centesimal precision even on three dimensional complexes.
Our ideal productions are lots of 10 to 100 pieces characterized by thicknesses of order of a millimetre, specific fixtures, several processing steps, intermediate heat treatments.
At the same time, we are able to satisfy requests for single pieces, also in tempered steel with a hardness of up to 60 HRC, which needs a careful CAM programming in combination with 3-axis machining with geometries of “sculptured surfaces”.
On costumer request, we provide certificates of the materials, certificates of heat treatments and the test reports performed by our quality office.
We performed the following machining operations:
- milling with CNC machine;
- wire EDM;
- sinker EDM;
- grinding.
