Injection and cold-stamping moulding
CIBIEMME STAMPI offers its customers the injection moulding service of thermoplastic material from 30 to 400 tons.
In the stamping department the sheet metal moulding of ferrous and non-ferrous materials is carried out with the possibility of using both mould products by CIBIEMME STAMPI and those owned by the costumer with the support of presses from 30 to 70 tons.
Maintenance and modification of moulds
CIBIEMME STAMPI, relying on an experience of more than thirty years is able to repair any kind of mould, to modify, realize and replace damaged components.
On request, we can develop a plan of inspection and maintenance of the mould.
Usually, the mould is returned to the company, disassembled and checked in all its parts by our technicians who issue a report, based on which we provide our quote. Once obtained the costumer’s authorization, we replace the worn parts, reassemble the mould, test it and return it to the costumer.
